I’m not sure what to write. Can I still order?
Yes. You don’t need to have a final phrase ready. You can simply share the feeling, intention, or occasion (e.g. love, strength, new beginnings, gratitude), and I can help you refine or suggest meaningful phrases for your piece.
How long does it take?
Turnaround time is usually 7–14 days, depending on size and complexity.
Do I need to know Chinese to order?
No. You can write your request in English or any language you are comfortable with. If your commission includes Chinese text, I will take care of the translation, characters, composition, and overall meaning for you.
How do I know which format or material to choose?
If you’re unsure, you don’t need to decide upfront. You can share your space, purpose, or preference, and I will recommend the most suitable option (framed, scroll, canvas, or ready-to-frame paper) based on your needs.
Can you help with framing or mounting?
Yes. If you are based in Melbourne, I can help arrange professional framing or mounting after completion. I can also recommend trusted frame shops in Taipei and Yilan if you are in Taiwan.
If you have specific requirements around materials, colour, or finish, I'd suggest visiting a frame shop in person: seeing the frame and scroll options firsthand makes a real difference to the final result.
How many revisions are included?
Digital artworks include up to 2 rounds of revisions (each round includes up to 3 variations). Additional revisions are charged at 10% of the commission fee per round.
Physical artworks include 1 round of revisions (up to 2 variations). Additional revisions are charged at 10% of the commission fee per round.
How do payments work?
A 30% deposit is required to secure your commission and begin the work. The remaining balance is paid after the artwork is completed and approved (before shipping or final digital file delivery).
The deposit ensures your slot is reserved in my schedule and materials are prepared for your piece.
Can I order from overseas?
Yes. I accept international commissions. Physical artworks (such as paper pieces, lightweight framed works, and scrolls) can be shipped worldwide. Digital artworks are delivered via high-resolution download.
